Ed Brown Photography were invited to Wollaton Hall Wedding Showcase to exhibit and chat to wedding couples.

Ed Brown Photography has recently been working alongside some of Nottingham City Councils most prestigious wedding venues on styled shoots in a collaboration with many other talented wedding suppliers. Ed Brown Photography is now proud to be the preferred wedding photographer of Wollaton Hall. 

All the images from the styled shoots are soon to be blogged in the next few weeks.

Wollaton Hall is a magnificent Elizabethan mansion that sits on a hill and is surrounded by beautiful parkland, where deer roam freely. Wollaton Hall is a stunning example of Renaissance domestic architecture and stands in a commanding position.

In 2011, scenes from the Batman movie ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ were filmed outside of Wollaton Hall. The Hall is five miles north of Gotham, Nottinghamshire where Gotham City got its name.

The historic and unique Wollaton Hall offers use of the building for civil wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions.

Available locations for hire at Wollaton House are: 

 'The Salon’, a beautiful and elegant room which is situated just off the great hall. It has french windows which open out to the back lawn which are ideal for pre reception drinks and wedding photographs.

‘The Great Hall’, a magnificent and formal Elizabethan Great Hall with stunning stone archways and hammer beam ceiling with excellent acoustics.

‘The Cafe in the Courtyard’, this is situated in the courtyard buildings and is a relaxed and informal space with a seated terrace area.

‘The Camellia House’, is situated in the gardens and is a wonderful metal framed glass house which is ideal for pre reception drinks and wedding photographs.

’Marquees in the grounds’, have a unique outdoor wedding reception with a marquee in the grounds.
